CPR and First Aid Training

Heart Safe Australia provides both First Aid and CPR Training to individuals and groups to support our different Life Saving Programs.

Both training can be done with a combination of online and face-to-face training depending on your needs and availability.

CPR Training

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) delivers the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest or other emergency.

First Aid Training

First Aid Training

You'll learn how to examine a casualty, use a defibrillator, familiarize yourself with basic life support and learn how to control bleeding and trauma. These provide the skills to overcome a potentially threatening situation long enough for medically trained individuals to arrive on scene.
